<p style="text-align: justify;">The industry was visited by AEE of RO3 Ludhiana on 04.08.2023 and it was observed that the industry was complying with the provisions of Air Act, 1981. The industry has submitted requisite documents and consent fee as verified by the RO.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Accordinlgy, as proposed by RO, it is recommended that consent to operate under the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 may be granted to the industry for one year with suitable conditions and special condition that the industry will got analyzed its stack emission sample within one month, please.</p> |
