<p style="margin: 0cm; margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: 36.0pt; line-height: 115%; background: white;"><span style="font-size: 11.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif';">Now, the industry has applied for obtaining renewal of consent to operate under the Water Act, 1974 and Air Act, 1981.</span></p>
<p style="margin: 0cm; margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: 36.0pt; line-height: 115%; background: white;"><span style="font-size: 11.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif';">The industry was visited by Regional office on 27.07.2023 and it was observed that the industry is engaged in business of manufacturing Cold Rolled Strips @ 60 T/day by using raw material as H.R Coils @ 60 TPD & HCL @ 200 ltr/day.</span></p>

S.O. 3250(E) on 20.07.2022, is application on </span></em></strong><em><span style="font-size: 11.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif';">Cold Rolled Stainless Steel Manufacturing Industries require prior environment clearance, whereas this industry is engaged in manufacturing of Cold Rolled Strips @ 60 T/day by using raw material as H.R Coils @ 60 TPD (Mild steel).</span></em></p>
