The industry has not submitted effluent/emission sampling reports, as the industry is not operating regularly due to shortage of orders. The industry has already obtained registration from the Board as recycler under PWM Rules, 2016 vide no. ZP-1/PTA/Fresh/Plastic/2022-23/F-09 dated 07/02/2022, which is expired on 06/02/2023. Now to obtain renewal of registration under PWM Rules, 2016, valid CTO's are mandatory. </span></p>
