<p style="text-align: justify;">Submitted as per above recommendations given by AEE, it is recommended that :-</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">1) PSPCL authorities may be directed u/s 33-A of the Water Act, 1974 to temporarily restore the electricity connection of the industry till 28.02.2024.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">2) Consent to Operate under Water Act, 1974 may be granted for a short term till 28.02.2024.</p> |
