The case has been scrutinized and observed that the industry has been acquired by new party and name has also been changed. The industry has attached 2 no. registries in the name of Rudra rice mill @ 12 kanals each however in the existing sheller land was only 12 kanals. further the registries submitted are incomplete. Teh CA certificate submitted by the industry is not having bifurcation of land building & plant and machinery. The valuation as registries does not match with the CA certificate. the PP has not given compliance w.r.t. CTO conditions. The project proponent needs to submit calculation of fees submitted. |
