<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; line-height: normal; mso-layout-grid-align: none; text-autospace: none;"><span style="font-size: 10.0pt; font-family: 'Tahoma',sans-serif; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; color: black; mso-bidi-language: PA;">Now the industry has applied for fresh consent to operate under Water Act, 1974 & Air Act, 1981 through OCMMS for operation of rice sheller unit of capacity 1 TPH of Raw rice /Sorted Rice with Dryer under the Orange category as per the prevailing policy in the name and style of M/s Rudra Rice Mills, Maur Road, Village Mandi Kalan, Distt. Bathinda. </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="mso-margin-top-alt: auto; mso-margin-bottom-alt: auto; margin-left: .5in; text-align: justify; text-indent: -.25in; line-height: normal; background: white;"><span style="font-size: 10.0pt; font-family: 'Tahoma',sans-serif; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; color: black; mso-bidi-language: PA;">The detail of the case is as under: -</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="mso-margin-top-alt: auto; mso-margin-bottom-alt: auto; line-height: normal; background: white;"><span style="font-size: 10.0pt; font-family: 'Tahoma',sans-serif; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; color: black; mso-bidi-language: PA;">The industry has deposited consent fee of Rs. 15900/- vide R.No. </span><span style="font-size: 8.0pt; font-family: 'Verdana',sans-serif; color: #2b4973; background: #E8F6F9;">779138281</span> <span style="font-size: 10.0pt; font-family: 'Tahoma',sans-serif; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; color: black; mso-bidi-language: PA;">& Rs. 28000/- vide no </span><span style="font-size: 8.0pt; font-family: 'Verdana',sans-serif; color: #2b4973; background: #E8F6F9;">92331669</span> <span style="font-size: 10.0pt; font-family: 'Tahoma',sans-serif; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; color: black; mso-bidi-language: PA;">dated 21.08.2023 under Air Act, 1981 Water Act, 1974 &, Water Act, 1974 alongwith NOC regularization fees @ 1800/- against fixed assets of Rs. 79 lacs as per the CA Certificate. The fees is adequate upto 30.06.2028.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="mso-margin-top-alt: auto; mso-margin-bottom-alt: auto; margin-left: .5in; text-indent: -.25in; line-height: normal; background: white;"><span style="font-size: 10.0pt; font-family: 'Tahoma',sans-serif; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; color: black; mso-bidi-language: PA;">The industry was visited by the undersigned on 16.09.2023 and it was observed as under –</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-left: .5in; text-align: justify; line-height: 12.85pt; background: white;"><span style="font-size: 10.0pt; font-family: Symbol; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-bidi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; color: black; mso-bidi-language: PA;">1.</span><span style="font-size: 10.0pt; font-family: 'Tahoma',sans-serif; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; color: black; mso-bidi-language: PA;">The rice sheller was not in operation due to off season.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-left: .5in; text-align: justify; line-height: 12.85pt; background: white;"><span style="font-size: 10.0pt; font-family: 'Tahoma',sans-serif; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; color: black; mso-bidi-language: PA;">2. The rice sheller has provided a shelling section with cyclone as APCD to arrest the dust emissions from the shelling process.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-left: .5in; text-align: justify; line-height: 12.85pt; background: white;"><span style="font-size: 10.0pt; font-family: 'Tahoma',sans-serif; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; color: black; mso-bidi-language: PA;">3. The rice sheller has installed a drier section with cyclone as APCD equipped with the paddy pre cleaner.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-left: .5in; text-align: justify; line-height: 12.85pt; background: white;"><span style="font-size: 10.0pt; font-family: 'Tahoma',sans-serif; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; color: black; mso-bidi-language: PA;">4. The rice sheller has provided sampling arrangement with the APCD’s</span></p>

The rice sheller has provided pucca road in the movement area of the rice sheller.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-left: .5in; text-align: justify; line-height: 12.85pt; background: white;"><span style="font-size: 10.0pt; font-family: 'Tahoma',sans-serif; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; color: black; mso-bidi-language: PA;">6. The rice sheller has provided jaali over the wall and adequate height of wall in the husk storage area.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-left: .5in; text-align: justify; line-height: 12.85pt; background: white;"><span style="font-size: 10.0pt; font-family: 'Tahoma',sans-serif; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; color: black; mso-bidi-language: PA;">7. The rice sheller has provided plantation along the boundary wall.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="mso-margin-top-alt: auto; mso-margin-bottom-alt: auto; text-align: justify; line-height: normal; background: white;"><span style="font-size: 10.0pt; font-family: 'Tahoma',sans-serif; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; color: black; mso-bidi-language: PA;">The industry is complying with the provisions of the Water Act, 1974 & Air Act, 1981 as well as code of practice prescribed by the Govt. vide order dt. 15.10.2013.</span></p>
