<p style="text-align: justify;">If approved, the extension in the validity of NOC be granted to CETP for another one year subject to suitable conditions and addtional conditions that; </p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span lang="EN-US">1) The SPV shall submit a bank guarantee of Rs. 25.0 Lakhs immediately as an assurance of commissioning of CETP in a time bound manner.</span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span lang="EN-US">2) The SPV shall expedite process of the completion of CETP so that same can be commissioned at the earliest. </span></p>
