<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: 36.0pt;"><span style="font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman';">The industry has applied for obtaining consent to operate under the Water Act, 1974 and Air Act, 1981 for further five years.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: 36.0pt;"><span style="font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman';">The application applied by industry for consent to operate under Air Act, 1981 has been returned with request to apply for the consent to operate, two months before its expiry.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: 36.0pt;"><span style="font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman';">If approved, consent to operate under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 may also be returned to the industry with request to apply for the consent to operate, two months before its expiry, please.</span></p>
