<p>The industry has submitted that air emission samples of the industry could not be taken as the rice sheller is lying closed due to off season. The sampling would be carried out as and when the next shelling season commences.</p>
<p><strong style="color: #2b4973; font-family: Tahoma, 'sans-serif'; font-size: 16px; text-align: justify; background-color: #ffffff;">As proposed by JEE, if approved, consent to operate under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and under the Air (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 may be renewed <span style="background: yellow;">upto 30.09.2028</span> for manufacturing of <span style="background: yellow;">Rice (without drier) @ 2 T/hr by processing of Paddy @ 3 T/hr</span></strong><span style="color: #2b4973; font-family: Tahoma, 'sans-serif'; font-size: 16px; text-align: justify; background-color: #ffffff;"> with conditions as proposed by JEE & following special condition that the industry shall get its stack emission samples analysis Boards lab in the upcoming paddy milling season.</span></p>
