It is intimated that while scrutinize the case it has been observed that:-
1. Compliance Report of previous consent conditions is not proper and is required to be amended.
2. As per CA certificate Land & Building is on rent, but copy of rent deed not submitted.
3. The industry has not submitted the bills of acid consumed in process for the last 6 months.
4. The industry has not submitted the copy of record maintained by the industry for consumption of water in process area viz-a-viz lifted to the operator of CETP for the last 6 months.
5. The electric connection of the industry was restored for 6 months, please intimate the status of electric connection, accordingly industry is requested to submit its request.
You are requested to attend the above said observations and submit your reply within 2 days.
