<p>As per record file ,SCN was issued to the industry, but you have reported that no action is pending against the industry . Moreover no comments have been given on observations mentioned in SCN .As per record file, the industry has submitted request to increased the land area of its premises and same were sent to DTP and revenue authority for comments on suitability of site , but no comments have been given in about report. Please explain why the case has been dealt in casual way .</p> |
