CTOA/Varied/SAS/2019/10042265dated 17.07.2019, valid till <u>30.09.2023</u> for the bottling of IMFL @ 45,000 cases/ day by using Spirit @ 175.5 KLD, DM Water @ 229.5 KLD and Caramel @ 313 Kg/day with certain conditions.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: 1.0in; line-height: 150%;"><span lang="EN-IN" style="font-size: 10.5pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style','serif';">Now, the project proponent has applied for renewal of consent to operate under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 with same products along with requisite documents.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: 1.0in; line-height: 150%;"><span lang="EN-IN" style="font-size: 10.5pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style','serif';">The project proponent has submitted CA certificate with the value of fixed assets of Rs. 61.63 crore. The<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>project proponent has deposited Rs. 3,78,000/- vide R no. 802899068 dated 11.09.2023 under Water Act, 1974 and Rs. 3,78,500/- vide R no. 329232158 dated 12.09.2023 under Air Act, 1981. After deduction of NOC regularization fee, the consent fee under Water Act, 1974 and Air Act, 1981 are adequate till <u>30.09.2028</u>.</span></p>
<p class="MsoBodyText" style="text-align: justify; line-height: 150%;"><strong><u><span style="font-size: 10.5pt; line-height: 150%;">Suitability of site of continuing its operations</span></u></strong></p>

<p class="MsoBodyText" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: 1.0in; line-height: 150%;"><span style="font-size: 10.5pt; line-height: 150%;">It is mentioned here that the industry is located in the revenue estate of village Saidpura, Derabassi, which is within limits of Master Plan Derabassi and MC limits of Derabassi. </span></p>
<p class="MsoBodyText" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: 1.0in; line-height: 150%;"><span style="font-size: 10.5pt; line-height: 150%;">Further, Master Plan of Derabassi was notified in the Year 2009 and accordingly, in order to ascertain the continuity of the unit at its site, a clarification was raised to the effect that the industry is required to get land use classification letter from the concerned department.</span></p>
