Ltd. In the lease agreement, the industry has taken over the plant & machinery without any change. Therefore, industry cannot reduce its production from ERW pipes @ 77 MTD by using iron bars/flats @ 80 MTD to </span><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 11.0pt; font-family: 'Tahoma',sans-serif; color: black; mso-themecolor: text1;">ERW Pipes @ 38 Metric Tonnes/Day by using HR/ CRW Coil @ 40 Metric Tonnes/Day. </span></p>
<p class="MsoBodyText" style="margin-left: 1.25in; text-indent: -0.25in; line-height: normal; text-align: justify;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 11.0pt; mso-bidi-font-size: 9.0pt; font-family: 'Tahoma',sans-serif; mso-fareast-font-family: Tahoma; color: black; mso-themecolor: text1;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">2.<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]--><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 11.0pt; font-family: 'Tahoma',sans-serif; color: black; mso-themecolor: text1;">Earlier the CA certificate value of the industry is Rs. 6.66 crores approx. and as per the Board policy dated 30.04.2013, industry needs to deposit as per the fixed value of CA certificate<span style="background: white;">. Now the industry has reduced its CA certificate from Rs. 6.66 cr. to 85.38 lakhs approx. and deposit the fee accordingly which will cause financial loss to the Board. </span></span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-indent: 0.5in; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma',sans-serif; color: black; mso-themecolor: text1; background: white;">If approved, application of the industry maybe returned due to said observations and requested to resubmit the application after complying with said observations and submit the fee as per the earlier CA certificate value. </span></p> |
