<p style="text-align: justify;"><span lang="EN-IN">Sir, the matter was discussed with your goodself. Earlier, inadvertently incomplete/incorrect note was put up. </span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span lang="EN-IN">It is submitted that the promoter company has also been granted consent to operate under the Air Act, 1981 vide no. CTOA/Renewal/LDH3/2023/22849782 dated 19.09.2023, upto 31.12.2023 with following special conditions:</span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span lang="EN-IN">1. The mall shall install mechanical bio composter for in house treatment of its bio-degradable MSW during this consent period and submit report to the Board accordingly to decide further renewal of consent to operate under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981.</span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span lang="EN-IN">2. The project proponent may also start vermicomposting and composting to manage organic waste.</span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span lang="EN-IN">The project was visited by the AEE of RO on 18.08.2023, as per report the industry is complying with the provisions of the Water Act, 1974. Further, as per the analysis report obtained from the Lab, the project is achieving the standards as prescribed by the Board. </span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span lang="EN-IN">Accordingly, it is recommended that the consent to operate under the Water Act, 1974 be renewed upto 30.06.2027 (adequacy of the fee) subject to suitable conditions and following additional condition that:</span></p>
