<p>Sir, the industry has submitted that increment in CA certificate is due to some repair works. There is no increase in the pollution load. Further the industry has deposited <span style="background-color: #ffffff; font-family: Tahoma, sans-serif; font-size: 16px; text-align: justify; text-indent: 48px;">Rs. 56000/- vide UTR No. CLBLN23255002932 dated 13.09.2023 under Air Act, 1981 and Rs. 56000/- vide UTR no. CLBLN23255002948 dated 13.09.2023, out of which Rs. 55300/- may be considered as water consent fee and Rs. 700 as NOC regularization fee against the increased assets. Thus the Consent fee is adequate upto 30.09.2033 under the Air Act, 1981 and upto 31.07.2033 under the Water Act, 1974.</span></p>
