CTOA/Fresh/FGS/2020/14242926 dated 12/11/2020, having validity till 11/5/2021 for manufacturing of Paneer @ 500 Kg/day,<span style="letter-spacing: 0.05pt;"> </span>Ghee<span style="letter-spacing: 0.5pt;"> </span>@<span style="letter-spacing: 0.45pt;"> </span>90<span style="letter-spacing: 0.5pt;"> </span>Kg/day<span style="letter-spacing: 1.2pt;"> </span>and<span style="letter-spacing: 0.5pt;"> </span>Dahi<span style="letter-spacing: 1pt;"> </span>@<span style="letter-spacing: 0.6pt;"> </span>500<span style="letter-spacing: 0.45pt;"> </span>ltr/day<span style="letter-spacing: 0.7pt;"> </span>from<span style="letter-spacing: 0.45pt;"> </span>4<span style="letter-spacing: 0.65pt;"> </span>KLD<span style="letter-spacing: 0.55pt;"> </span>of<span style="letter-spacing: 0.55pt;"> </span>raw<span style="letter-spacing: 0.6pt;"> </span>milk with suitable conditions and special condition that <strong>the </strong></span><strong><span style="font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;">carry out the monitoring of ETP and submit report/ recommendations for further extension in validity of consent as well as restoration of power connection.</span></strong></p>

<p class="MsoBodyText" style="text-align: justify; margin-right: 14.8pt; margin-left: 36pt; text-indent: -36pt; line-height: 24px;"><span style="font-family: Wingdings;">Ø<span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-variant-alternates: normal; font-kerning: auto; font-optical-sizing: auto; font-feature-settings: normal; font-variation-settings: normal; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span><span style="font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;">Earlier, the industry was visited by the officer of<span style="letter-spacing: 0.05pt;"> RO</span> on 18/12/2018 after receiving the telephonic message from the O/o SDM Khamano<span style="letter-spacing: 0.05pt;"> </span>regarding public<span style="letter-spacing: 0.05pt;"> </span>nuisance<span style="letter-spacing: 0.05pt;"> </span>being<span style="letter-spacing: 0.05pt;"> </span>caused by the<span style="letter-spacing: 0.05pt;"> </span>industry.</span></p>
<p class="MsoBodyText" style="text-align: justify; margin-right: 14.8pt; margin-left: 36pt; text-indent: -36pt; line-height: 24px;"><span style="font-family: Wingdings;">Ø<span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-variant-alternates: normal; font-kerning: auto; font-optical-sizing: auto; font-feature-settings: normal; font-variation-settings: normal; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span><span style="font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;">Accordingly, the industry was visited and found that the industry was violating the provisions of the Water Act, 1974 and the Air Act, 1981.</span></p>
<p class="MsoBodyText" style="text-align: justify; margin-right: 14.8pt; margin-left: 36pt; text-indent: -36pt; line-height: 24px;"><span style="font-family: Wingdings;">Ø<span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-variant-alternates: normal; font-kerning: auto; font-optical-sizing: auto; font-feature-settings: normal; font-variation-settings: normal; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span><span style="font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;">This office had sent recommendations to Zonal Office-II, Patiala vide no. 2938 dated. 20.12.2018 to initiate action u/s 33-A of Water Act, 1974 <a name="_Hlk146111467"></a>and u/s 31-A OF Air Act, 1981 against the industry. </span></p>
<p class="MsoBodyText" style="text-align: justify; margin-right: 14.8pt; margin-left: 36pt; text-indent: -36pt; line-height: 24px;"><span style="font-family: Wingdings;">Ø<span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-variant-alternates: normal; font-kerning: auto; font-optical-sizing: auto; font-feature-settings: normal; font-variation-settings: normal; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span><span style="font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;">Therefore, notice to issue directions u/s 33-A of the Water Act, 1974 and u/s 31-A OF Air Act, 1981 vide Zonal Office letter no. 473 dated 13.2.2019 alongwith an opportunity of personal hearing before CEE of the Board on 28/2/2019.</span></p>

Suresh Kumar Gupta, Proprietor of the industry.</span></p>

<p class="MsoListParagraph" style="text-align: justify; margin: 0cm 14.65pt 0.0001pt 72pt; text-indent: -36pt; line-height: 24px;"><span style="font-size: 10pt; line-height: 20px; letter-spacing: -0.1pt;">3.<span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-variant-alternates: normal; font-kerning: auto; font-optical-sizing: auto; font-feature-settings: normal; font-variation-settings: normal; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span><span style="font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;">EE,<span style="letter-spacing: 0.05pt;"> </span>RO, Fatehgarh Sahib shall visit<span style="letter-spacing: 0.05pt;"> </span>the industry after one month to verify the compliance<span style="letter-spacing: 0.05pt;"> </span>made<span style="letter-spacing: 0.5pt;"> </span>by<span style="letter-spacing: 0.55pt;"> </span>the<span style="letter-spacing: 0.5pt;"> </span>industry<span style="letter-spacing: 0.55pt;"> </span>and<span style="letter-spacing: 0.5pt;"> </span>shall<span style="letter-spacing: 0.5pt;"> </span>process<span style="letter-spacing: 0.5pt;"> </span>the<span style="letter-spacing: 0.55pt;"> </span>consent<span style="letter-spacing: 0.55pt;"> </span>application<span style="letter-spacing: 0.6pt;"> </span>thereafter.</span></p>

<p class="MsoBodyText" style="text-align: justify; margin: 0cm 14.8pt 0.0001pt 36pt; text-indent: -36pt; line-height: 24px;"><span style="font-family: Wingdings;">Ø<span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-variant-alternates: normal; font-kerning: auto; font-optical-sizing: auto; font-feature-settings: normal; font-variation-settings: normal; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span><span style="font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;">As per decision no. 3 of the hearing as mentioned above, the industry was visited by the officer of RO on 12/4/2019 and again on 30/5/2019. But, the industry was again found non-complying to the observations earlier raised by visiting officer of RO.</span></p>
<p class="MsoBodyText" style="text-align: justify; margin: 0cm 14.8pt 0.0001pt 36pt; text-indent: -36pt; line-height: 24px;"><span style="font-family: Wingdings;">Ø<span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-variant-alternates: normal; font-kerning: auto; font-optical-sizing: auto; font-feature-settings: normal; font-variation-settings: normal; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span><span style="font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;">Afterwards, the industry was again served notice to issue directions u/s 33-A of the Water (Prevention & Control</span><span style="font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;"> of Pollution) Act, 1974 and u/s 31-A of the Air (Prevention &<span style="letter-spacing: 0.05pt;"> </span>Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 vide Board’s letter no. 2577 dated 24/6/2019 alongwith an<span style="letter-spacing: 0.05pt;"> </span>opportunity of personal hearing before CEE on 4/7/2019. After hearing, the CEE of the Board decided as<span style="letter-spacing: 0.05pt;"> </span>under:</span></p>

<p class="MsoListParagraph" style="text-align: justify; margin-left: 72pt; text-indent: -36pt; line-height: 24px;"><span style="font-size: 10pt; line-height: 20px; letter-spacing: -0.1pt;">3.<span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-variant-alternates: normal; font-kerning: auto; font-optical-sizing: auto; font-feature-settings: normal; font-variation-settings: normal; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span><span style="font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;">The industry shall apply for obtaining consent to operate under the Water (Prevention &<span style="letter-spacing: 0.05pt;"> </span>Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981<span style="letter-spacing: 0.05pt;"> </span>alongwith<span style="letter-spacing: 0.6pt;"> </span>requisite<span style="letter-spacing: 0.55pt;"> </span>documents<span style="letter-spacing: 0.55pt;"> </span>to<span style="letter-spacing: 0.5pt;"> </span>the<span style="letter-spacing: 0.55pt;"> </span>Board<span style="letter-spacing: 0.55pt;"> </span>within<span style="letter-spacing: 0.6pt;"> </span>7-days.</span></p>

<p class="MsoListParagraph" style="text-align: justify; margin-right: 15pt; margin-left: 72pt; text-indent: -36pt; line-height: 24px;"><span style="font-size: 10pt; line-height: 20px; letter-spacing: -0.1pt;">5.<span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-variant-alternates: normal; font-kerning: auto; font-optical-sizing: auto; font-feature-settings: normal; font-variation-settings: normal; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span><span style="font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;">EE, RO, Fatehgarh Sahib shall visit the industry after 7-days to verify the contentions of the<span style="letter-spacing: 0.05pt;"> </span>industry<span style="letter-spacing: 0.05pt;"> </span>given<span style="letter-spacing: 0.05pt;"> </span>by<span style="letter-spacing: 0.05pt;"> </span>it<span style="letter-spacing: 0.05pt;"> </span>during<span style="letter-spacing: 0.05pt;"> </span>hearing<span style="letter-spacing: 0.05pt;"> </span>and<span style="letter-spacing: 0.05pt;"> </span>thereafter<span style="letter-spacing: 0.05pt;"> </span>shall<span style="letter-spacing: 0.05pt;"> </span>process<span style="letter-spacing: 0.05pt;"> </span>consent<span style="letter-spacing: 0.05pt;"> </span>applications on<span style="letter-spacing: -2.4pt;"> </span>merit.</span></p>

Therefore, the recommendations were sent to ZO vide Board's letter no. 1937 dated 9/4/2021.</span></p>

<p class="MsoBodyText" style="text-align: justify; margin-right: 14.8pt; margin-left: 36pt; text-indent: -36pt; line-height: 24px;"><span style="font-family: Wingdings;">Ø<span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-variant-alternates: normal; font-kerning: auto; font-optical-sizing: auto; font-feature-settings: normal; font-variation-settings: normal; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span><span style="font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;">The industry was issued show cause notice for violation of the provisions of the Water (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and the Air (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 vide <strong>R.O letter no. 3156 dated 18/10/2022 and no. 648 dated 8/5/2023</strong> with request to apply consent to operate of the Board, within 15-days.</span></p>
<p class="MsoBodyText" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: 0cm; margin: 6.05pt 14.75pt 0.0001pt 0cm; line-height: 24px;"><strong><u><span style="font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;">Present Status:</span></u></strong></p>
<p class="MsoBodyText" style="text-align: justify; margin: 0cm 14.75pt 0.0001pt 0cm; line-height: 24px;"><span style="font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;">Now,<span style="letter-spacing: 1.6pt;"> </span>the industry has <strong>applied on 26/8/2023</strong> for<span style="letter-spacing: 0.05pt;"> renewal of </span>consent to operate under the Water Act,<span style="letter-spacing: 0.05pt;"> </span>1974<span style="letter-spacing: 0.05pt;"> </span>and<span style="letter-spacing: 0.05pt;"> </span>the<span style="letter-spacing: 0.05pt;"> </span>Air<span style="letter-spacing: 0.05pt;"> </span>Act,<span style="letter-spacing: 0.05pt;"> </span>1981 with the request for<span style="letter-spacing: 0.05pt;"> <strong>permanent </strong></span><strong>restoration<span style="letter-spacing: 0.05pt;"> </span>of electric connection<span style="letter-spacing: 0.05pt;"> </span>to the<span style="letter-spacing: 0.05pt;"> </span>industry.</strong></span></p>
<p class="MsoBodyText" style="text-align: justify; margin: 0cm 14.75pt 0.0001pt 0cm; line-height: 24px;"><span style="font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;">The industry has also deposited consent fee Rs. 19800/-<span style="letter-spacing: 0.05pt;"> each </span>vide UTR. no. </span><span style="font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;">N229232599516046 & UTR no. N229232599486685 dated 17/8/2023 under<span style="letter-spacing: 0.05pt;"> </span>the<span style="letter-spacing: 0.05pt;"> </span>Water<span style="letter-spacing: 0.05pt;"> </span>Act, 1974<span style="letter-spacing: 0.05pt;"> </span>and<span style="letter-spacing: 0.05pt;"> </span>the Air<span style="letter-spacing: 0.05pt;"> </span>Act, 1981 against the fixed assets of Rs. 22.69 Lakhs as on 31/3/2023 as per CA Certificate dated 22/5/2023. The consent fee deposited by the industry under the both the Acts, are adequate upto <strong>30/9/2028</strong> as per Board's Office Order dated 29/10/2018 after deducting penalty charges 300%.</span></p>
<p class="MsoBodyText" style="text-align: justify; margin: 0cm 14.8pt 0.0001pt 0cm; line-height: 24px;"><span style="font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;">To check the status of the industry, the industry was visited by the officer of the RO on 5/9/2023 and contacted Sh. Suresh Kumar Gupta, Proprietor of the industry. During visit, it was observed as under:</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; margin-right: 14.9pt; line-height: 24px;"><span style="font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;">1) The industry is a milk processing unit and is in operation.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; margin: 0cm 14.9pt 0.0001pt 36pt; text-indent: -36pt; line-height: 24px;"><span style="font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;">2) The industry has installed ETP of capacity @10KLD and the same was found in operation. All components of the ETP are working during the visit.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; margin: 0cm 14.9pt 0.0001pt 36pt; text-indent: -36pt; line-height: 24px;"><span style="font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;">3) During visit, the effluent samples from the outlet of ETP were also collected by Board’s officers. The results are in the note <strong>attached alongwith</strong>.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; margin: 0cm 9.25pt 0.0001pt 36pt; text-indent: -36pt; line-height: 24px;"><span style="font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;">3) Flow meter was installed at the inlet and outlet of ETP and separate energy meter was also installed with the ETP.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; margin: 0cm 9.25pt 0.0001pt 36pt; text-indent: -36pt; line-height: 24px;"><span style="font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;">4) The industry has installed one no. submersible pump as source of fresh water and water meter is installed on it.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; margin: 0cm 9.25pt 0.0001pt 36pt; text-indent: -36pt; line-height: 24px;"><span style="font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;">5) The industry has maintained record for the operation of ETP and as per record, the industry is currently treating about 8 KLD of wastewater in its ETP.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; margin: 0cm 9.25pt 0.0001pt 36pt; text-indent: -36pt; line-height: 24px;"><span style="font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;">6) The septic tank is provided for treatment of domestic effluent @ 1.6KLD and treated wastewater is discharged onto land for plantation through septic tank.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; margin: 0cm 9.25pt 0.0001pt 36pt; text-indent: -36pt; line-height: 24px;"><span style="font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;">7) The industry has provided piping system to discharge treated wastewater from the ETP plant onto land for plantation in its another firm namely M/s Gupta Spun Pipes, which is situated adjacent to the subject cited industry. The representative of the industry informed that he is also a partner in M/s Gupta Spun Pipes, hence, no separate agreement between two firms for discharge of treated wastewater. Total plantation area is approximately 3 Kanal, which is adequate.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; margin: 0cm 9.25pt 0.0001pt 36pt; text-indent: -36pt; line-height: 24px;"><span style="font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;">8) The industry has installed one wood fired baby boiler of capacity 0.8 TPH.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; margin: 0cm 9.25pt 0.0001pt 36pt; text-indent: -36pt; line-height: 24px;"><span style="font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;">9) The industry has submitted stack emission analysis report from NABL Approved Lab on 17/8/2023. As per analysis report the SPM level was found as 151 mg/Nm<sup>3</sup>, which is within the permissible limits of 500 mg/Nm<sup>3</sup> as prescribed by the Board for such type of industries.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; margin: 0cm 9.25pt 0.0001pt 36pt; text-indent: -36pt; line-height: 24px;"><span style="font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;">10) The industry has not installed any D.G. set.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; margin-right: 18.7pt; text-indent: 36pt; line-height: 24px;"><span style="font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;"> After the issuance of directions u/s 33-A of the Water Act, 1974 and u/s 31-A of the Air Act, 1981 on 19/3/2020, the Board has carried out the monitoring of ETP on 4/2/2021. As per the analysis results, the effluent sample was found beyond the permissible limits.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; margin-right: 18.7pt; text-indent: 72pt; line-height: 24px;"><strong><span style="font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;">Afterwards, the Regional Office has again monitoring of the ETP on 5/9/2023 and collected effluent sample and same was analyzed by Board's Lab. As per the analysis results, the effluent sample was found within the permissible limits as prescribed by the Board.</span></strong></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; margin-right: 18.7pt; text-indent: 72pt; line-height: 24px;"><span style="font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;">It is submitted that the Government of India, Ministry of Jal Shakti, Deptt. of Water Resources RD&GR Central Ground Water Authority, New Delhi has issued directions u/s 5 of Environment (Protection) Act, 1986 vide letter no. CGWA-21/6/2020-CGWA-101 dated 6/4/2022 “that it shall be mandatory for the Project Proponent abstracting ground water to obtain NOC from CGWA or the concerned State/ UT Ground Water Authority as the case made be in the compliance condition in consent to operate and consent to establish issued by the State Pollution Control Board.” Accordingly, the Board vide letter no. 1955-57 dated 18/01/2023 has informed all the officers of the Board in continuation to earlier circular no. CEE(HQ)/2018/7956-84 dated 03/03/2018 and 768-97 dated 13/01/2021 to ensure the compliance of the said directions.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; margin-right: 18.7pt; text-indent: 72pt; line-height: 24px;"><span style="font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;">PWRDA vide notification dated 27/1/2023 has exempted units from obtaining any permission of the authority, which are extracting not more than 300 cubic meters of ground water per month.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; margin-right: 18.7pt; text-indent: 72pt; line-height: 24px;"><span style="font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;">In the subject cited case, the industry has mentioned groundwater extraction @ 10 KLD. Considering 30 working days in a month during season, so ground water extraction will be 300 KL/month. As such the unit does not require permission from PWRDA.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; margin-right: 18.7pt; text-indent: 72pt; line-height: 24px;"><span style="font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;">As per Office Order no. 144 dated 24/6/2009, t</span><span style="font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;">emporary restoration shall be granted for a period of six month in the first instance and samples will be collected with a minimum gap of 45 days and maximum gap of 55 days during the temporary restoration of six months. Case for temporary restoration, grant of consent for temporary period shall be approved by the competent authority on a case to case basis as per competency. Further, 3 no. sample continuous will be achieved the prescribed standards.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; margin-right: 18.7pt; text-indent: 72pt; line-height: 24px;"><span style="font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;">In this case, </span><span style="font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;">the Board has carried out the monitoring of ETP on 4/2/2021. As per the analysis results, the effluent sample was found beyond the permissible limits.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; margin-right: 18.7pt; text-indent: 72pt; line-height: 24px;"><strong><span style="font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;">Afterwards, the Regional Office has again monitoring of the ETP on 5/9/2023 and collected effluent sample and same was analyzed by Board's Lab. As per the analysis results, the effluent sample was found within the permissible limits as prescribed by the Board. </span></strong><span style="font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;">As such,<strong> </strong>only one sample was achieved the prescribed standards by the industry and remaining two more effluent samples will be required to achieve the prescribed standards for grant of permanent restoration.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; margin-right: 18.7pt; text-indent: 72pt; line-height: 24px;"><span style="font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;">Further, the<span style="letter-spacing: 0.95pt;"> </span>industry<span style="letter-spacing: 0.9pt;"> is </span>complying with the provisions of the Water Act, 1974<span style="letter-spacing: 0.05pt;"> </span>and<span style="letter-spacing: 0.05pt;"> </span>the<span style="letter-spacing: 0.05pt;"> </span>Air<span style="letter-spacing: 0.05pt;"> </span>Act,<span style="letter-spacing: 0.05pt;"> </span>1981.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; margin-right: 18.7pt; text-indent: 72pt; line-height: 24px;"><span style="font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;">In view of the above and the online agenda generated, if approved, recommendations may be sent to SEE, Zonal<span style="letter-spacing: 0.05pt;"> </span>Office-II, Patiala that:</span></p>

In<span style="letter-spacing: 0.05pt;"> </span>case of any information provided by the industry found wrong, this consent shall stands<span style="letter-spacing: 0.05pt;"> </span>cancelled.</span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraph" style="margin: 0cm 15.3pt 0.0001pt 72pt; text-indent: -36pt; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">IV.<span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-variant-alternates: normal; font-kerning: auto; font-optical-sizing: auto; font-feature-settings: normal; font-variation-settings: normal; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span><span style="font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;">The<span style="letter-spacing: 0.05pt;"> </span>industry<span style="letter-spacing: 0.05pt;"> </span>shall<span style="letter-spacing: 0.05pt;"> </span>discharge<span style="letter-spacing: 0.05pt;"> </span>its<span style="letter-spacing: 0.05pt;"> </span>treated<span style="letter-spacing: 0.05pt;"> </span>wastewater<span style="letter-spacing: 0.05pt;"> </span>onto<span style="letter-spacing: 0.05pt;"> </span>land<span style="letter-spacing: 0.05pt;"> </span>for<span style="letter-spacing: 0.05pt;"> </span>plantation<span style="letter-spacing: 0.05pt;"> </span>in<span style="letter-spacing: 0.05pt;"> </span>environmentally<span style="letter-spacing: 0.85pt;"> </span>sound<span style="letter-spacing: 0.75pt;"> </span>manner.</span></p>

<p class="MsoListParagraph" style="margin-left: 72pt; text-indent: -36pt; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">VII.<span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-variant-alternates: normal; font-kerning: auto; font-optical-sizing: auto; font-feature-settings: normal; font-variation-settings: normal; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span><span style="font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;">The<span style="letter-spacing: 0.65pt;"> </span>industry<span style="letter-spacing: 0.7pt;"> </span>shall<span style="letter-spacing: 0.7pt;"> </span>not<span style="letter-spacing: 0.7pt;"> </span>create<span style="letter-spacing: 0.65pt;"> </span>any<span style="letter-spacing: 0.7pt;"> </span>nuisance<span style="letter-spacing: 0.6pt;"> </span>in<span style="letter-spacing: 0.7pt;"> </span>the<span style="letter-spacing: 0.65pt;"> </span>vicinity<span style="letter-spacing: 0.7pt;"> </span>of<span style="letter-spacing: 0.65pt;"> </span>the<span style="letter-spacing: 0.7pt;"> </span>area.<span style="letter-spacing: 1.15pt;"> </span>The<span style="letter-spacing: 0.7pt;"> </span>Board<span style="letter-spacing: 0.6pt;"> </span>will<span style="letter-spacing: 0.65pt;"> </span>be<span style="letter-spacing: -2.4pt;"> </span>at liberty to curtail the validity period of this consent, if any complaints received against<span style="letter-spacing: 0.05pt;"> </span>the<span style="letter-spacing: 0.65pt;"> </span>industry<span style="letter-spacing: 0.65pt;"> </span>in<span style="letter-spacing: 0.7pt;"> </span>future.</span></p> |
