<p>Sir, it is submitted that notice u/s 31-A of Air Act, 1981 was issued to the BKO vide this office letter no. 1855 dated 26.07.2023 for non-usage of paddy straw pellets as fuel in the brick kiln for replacement of 20% coal. But, no reply was recieved in this regard. Thereafter, a notice u/s 31-A of Air Act, 1981 was again issued tot he BKO for non compliance of Govt orders dated 04.11.2022 vide this office letter no. 2167 dated 13.09.2023. Till date, no reply is recieved from the brick kiln in this regard. If approved, notice issued on 13.09.2023 as above may be conveyed thorugh OCMMS, please. </p> |
