(copy attached).</span></p> <p><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"> </span></p> <p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 6.0pt; text-align: justify; line-height: normal; background: white;"><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">In view of above, if approved:-</span></p> <p><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"> </span></p> <p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: -.25in; line-height: normal; background: white; margin: 0in 0in 6.0pt .5in;"><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">1.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Consent to operate under the Water (Prevention &amp; Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 may be granted for production of dyeing of polyester fabric @ 2200 Kg/day or dyeing of cotton fabric @ 550 Kgs/day and raw material of dyes &amp; chemical @ 40 Kgs/day for six months with suitable conditions and additional conditions as under:-</span></p> <p><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"> </span></p> <p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: -27.0pt; line-height: normal; background: white; margin: 0in 0in 6.0pt .75in;"><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">a.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;The industry shall submit certificate from MCL regarding disconnection of M.C. sewer connection within one month.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"> </span></p> <p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: -27.0pt; line-height: normal; background: white; margin: 0in 0in 6.0pt .75in;"><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">b.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;The industry shall discharge the whole consented effluent into dedicate sewer line leading to CETP for final treatment in accordance to the shares allotted to the unit.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"> </span></p> <p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: -27.0pt; line-height: normal; background: white; margin: 0in 0in 6.0pt .75in;"><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">c.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;The industry will also dismantle any other connection available for discharge of effluent either into public sewer or PDA conveyer system.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"> </span></p> <p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: -27.0pt; line-height: normal; background: white; margin: 0in 0in 6.0pt .75in;"><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">d.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;The industry should either take measures to control its inlet parameters by good practices and selection of good chemicals for processing or shall operate and maintain its existing effluent treatment plant (ETP), regularly and efficiently, so as to achieve the inlet effluent standards of CETP as per DPR.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"> </span></p> <p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: -27.0pt; line-height: normal; background: white; margin: 0in 0in 6.0pt .75in;"><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">e.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;The industry shall make the necessary arrangements to achieve the effluent standards as per the inlet designed parameters of the CETP.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"> </span></p> <p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: -27.0pt; line-height: normal; background: white; margin: 0in 0in 6.0pt .75in;"><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">f.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;There shall be no physical expansion <strong>of</strong> the unit either with the installation of new machinery or with the permission for enhanced electricity load, after the varied consents are granted for increased discharge of effluent.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"> </span></p> <p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: -27.0pt; line-height: normal; background: white; margin: 0in 0in 6.0pt .75in;"><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">g.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;The industry shall stop discharging its effluent in case due to any reason the CETP is not operational or dedicated conveyance system is overflowing.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"> </span></p> <p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: -27.0pt; line-height: normal; background: white; margin: 0in 0in 6.0pt .75in;"><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">h.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;The industry shall maintain the record of flow meter installed at source and at the outlet leading to CETP.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">2.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Directions u/s 33-A of Water (Prevention &amp; Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 for restoration of electric connection of the industry may be further extended for six months.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;
