<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="text-align: justify; text-indent: 96px;">It is intimated that notice to issue directions u/s 33-A of the Water (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 has been issued to the project proponent vide Board's letter no. 7323-24 dated 22/9/2023 alongwith the another opportunity of personal hearing before CEE (P) of the Board on 28/9/2023 (<strong>copy enclosed). </strong></span><strong style="text-align: justify; text-indent: 96px;">It is requested to get the copy of the notice delivered to the indsutry through special messenger/ e-mail/ WhatsApp and send the receipt of the same to this office and also ensure its presence on the said date and time of hearing. It is also requested to submit his comments on the reply to be submitted by the industry </strong><strong style="text-align: justify; text-indent: 96px;">w.r.t. notice and send recommendations accordingly, well before the date of hearing.</strong></p> |
