However, a perusal of the said layout plan indicates that the project proponent has not left dedicated 15 m vide green belt from all the points, towards the adjoining air polluting industry namely M/s PCCPL. As such, the pp is required to submit layout plan after incorporating the dedicating 15 m vide green belt towards the nearby air polluting industries.</span></em></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0cm; font-size: 12pt; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif; text-align: justify;"><span lang="EN-US"> </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0cm; font-size: 12pt; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif; text-align: justify;"><span lang="EN-US">Now, the project proponent has resubmitted the application and has uploaded a copy <u>unapproved layout plan </u>showing 15 m wide green belt towards the adjoining industry.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0cm; font-size: 12pt; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif; text-align: justify;"><span lang="EN-US"> </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0cm; font-size: 12pt; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif; text-align: justify;"><span lang="EN-US">However, the undersigned is of the opining that in such specific cases, where a 17 category industry- M/s PCCPL is adjoining to the site of the proposed project, layout plan approved by the Competent Authority is a must required document before considering the application of the pp for obtaining CTE of the Board.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0cm; font-size: 12pt; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif; text-align: justify;"><span lang="EN-US"> </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0cm; font-size: 12pt; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif; text-align: justify;"><span lang="EN-US">Further, as per the Govt of Punjab notification issued vide no. 326110 dated 02.03.22, at point no. 3 (c), Building Plans approved by the HUD/MC, is a pre-requisite document for CTE for building construction project.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0cm; font-size: 12pt; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif; text-align: justify;"><span lang="EN-US"> </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0cm; font-size: 12pt; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif; text-align: justify;"><span lang="EN-US">As such, if approved, the application of the project proponent may be returned online, with the request to resubmit the application after getting the layout plans approved from the Competent Authority.</span></p> |
