While scrutinize the case it has been observed that previous consent application was returned to the industry with some observations on 14.07.2023. The reply of following observations still has not been submitted by the industry:-
1. Retails of acid purchased in the last three months.
2. an undertaking to the effect that it will use only sulphuric acid in the process and shall not use HCL has not been submitted.
3. Some columns of application have not been properly filled such as Waste Water Generation details, STP status is required to be rechecked, Quantity of trade effluent and Domestic effluent are required to be mentioned.
4. The industry was required to deposit Rs. 72,000/- each (@ 14,400/- PA*5 years) + 10% of one year fee (Late Fee) under the Water Act, 1974 and Air Act, 1981 + Rs. 500/- as Consent form fee, whereas the industry has deposited Rs. 60,000/- each. If industry wants to obtain the consent for full prescribed period, then industry is required to deposit balance consent fee + Consent form Fee.
