| Clarification Note: |
It is intimated that while scrutinize the case it has been observed that:-
1. Date of Commissioning has been Filled in application form as August, 2008, whether it is correct or not. Please clarify ?
2. If, the information of Sr.No. (1) is not correct, then intimate the date of possession taken by M/S Tube Tech Enterprises from the Bank and thereafter Date of commissioning of the industry.
3. The industry has not submitted the bills of acid consumed in process for the last 6 months (OR) from the date of commissioning.
4. The industry has not submitted the copy of record maintained by the industry for consumption of water in process area viz-a-viz lifted to the operator of CETP for the last 6 months (OR) from the date of Commissioning.
5. The industry has deposited Rs. 1,80,000/- each under the Water Act, 1974 and Air Act, 1981 + Rs. 18,000/-, without the reply of Sr.No. (2) the adequacy of consent fee cannot be adjudged.
6. The industry has not deposited the Consent from fee of Rs. 500/-
