<p class="MsoNormal">It is submitted that in compliance to the direction regarding encashment of BG, this officer has requested branch manager HDFC to encash the BG vide this offies letter no. 2338 dated 29.9.23 and the representative of bank informed that the funds will be transfered in the Boards account by 3.10.2023, due to holidys. In view of above it is recomended that CTO may be granted to the industry for further six months along-with resotration of eletric connection upto that period. Copy of letter attached.</p>
