CTE/Fresh/LDH1/2023/22912584 dated 28.08.2023 valid upto 27.08.2024 for one year.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="mso-margin-top-alt: auto; mso-margin-bottom-alt: auto; text-align: justify; text-indent: .5in; background: white; font-variant-ligatures: normal; font-variant-caps: normal; orphans: 2; widows: 2; -webkit-text-stroke-width: 0px; text-decoration-thickness: initial; text-decoration-style: initial; text-decoration-color: initial; word-spacing: 0px;"><span style="font-size: 13.5pt; line-height: 107%; font-family: 'Tahoma',sans-serif; color: #5d5d5d;">Now the project proponent has applied for 'Consent to Established' (extension) under Water Act, 1974 and Air Act, 1981 with request to grant CTE for five years, as the representative submitted that their project will took more than a year for completion, being medium scale.</span></p>
