<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; text-align: justify;">1)The industry shall submit approved building plans from the Director of Factories, Punjab, or Competent Persons approved by the Director of Factories u/s 3-A of the Factories Act, 1948.</span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">2)The industry shall not start the manufacturing process without obtaining valid fresh CTO under the Water Act,1974, and the Air Act,1981 from the Board.</span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 11pt;">3)The industry shall comply with the provisions of PWRDA and shall obtain permission from PWRDA for the abstraction of groundwater, as required.</span></p>
