<p style="text-align: justify;">The note of the regional office/record of the industry has been persued and found that the industry is a small scale unit having investment on plant &machinary about 50 lac and installed half ton of furnace for melting of metal scrap and has installed council approved APCD on the same....</p>
<p>Further, the industry has also got its stack emission samples tested from NABL laboratory...</p>
<p style="color: #5d5d5d; font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; text-align: justify; background-color: #ffffff;">As such, if approved, consent to operate under the Water Act,1974 and the Air Act,1981 granted to the industry may be further renewed upto 30.09.2028 with conditions already imposed in the original consent letters and special conditions as proposed by RO and additional conditions as under: </p>
<p style="color: #5d5d5d; font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; text-align: justify; background-color: #ffffff;">1. The industry will get it's emission sample analysed from Board's lab within one month.</p>
<p style="color: #5d5d5d; font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; text-align: justify; background-color: #ffffff;">2. The industry will apply and obtain authorization under HOWM Rules, 2016 within 15 days.</p>
