CTOW/Fresh/GRP/2020/13797374 dated 27/10/2020 & CTOA/Fresh/GRP/2020/13797225 dated 26/11/2020, which were valid upto 30/09/2025 under orange category.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="mso-margin-top-alt: auto; margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: 36.0pt; line-height: 18.0pt; background: white;"><span style="font-size: 13.5pt; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style','serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-bidi-font-family: 'Times New Roman';"> Now, the industry has applied for obtaining renewal consent to operate under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 & Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 along with requisite documents under orange category.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="mso-margin-top-alt: auto; margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: 36.0pt; line-height: 18.0pt; background: white;"><span style="font-size: 13.5pt; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style','serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-bidi-font-family: 'Times New Roman';">The industry has submitted an affidavit along with application and intimated that they have applied for obtaining consent to operate under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 documents regarding partners of the firm. The industry has also submitted the copy of its new partnership deed.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="mso-margin-top-alt: auto; margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify; line-height: 18.0pt; background: white;"><span style="font-size: 13.5pt; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style','serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-bidi-font-family: 'Times New Roman';"> The industry has already deposited Rs. 98200/- vide online UTR No. CBINH20267141024 dated 23/09/2020 & Rs. 22250/- vide online UTR No. CBINH20267140398 dated 23/09/2020 as a consent to operated fee under Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 and Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 including Rs. 75000/- as Environmental Compensation, Rs. 2900/- as NOC regularization fee & Rs. 500/- as application fee which is adequate upto 30.09.2025 against total gross value of fixed assets worth Rs. 29,20,770/- as on 27/09/2023 as per CA certificate submitted by the BKO.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="mso-margin-top-alt: auto; mso-margin-bottom-alt: auto; text-align: justify; text-indent: 36.0pt; line-height: 18.0pt; background: white;"><span style="font-size: 13.5pt; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style','serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-bidi-font-family: 'Times New Roman';">In view of the above, may if approved revised “Consent to operate under Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 and Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 may be granted to the brick kiln for a period upto 30/09/2025 without visiting the unit/site in the light of Head Office Order No. 59 dated 02/02/2016 with suitable conditions along with the special condition that:-</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="mso-margin-top-alt: auto; margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: -18.0pt; line-height: 18.0pt; background: white;"><span style="font-size: 13.5pt; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style','serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-bidi-font-family: 'Times New Roman';">1.</span><span style="font-size: 7.0pt; font-family: 'Times New Roman','serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman';"> </span><span style="font-size: 13.5pt; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style','serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-bidi-font-family: 'Times New Roman';">The project proponent shall comply with code of practice/directions issued by PSCST, Chandigarh/CBRI, Roorkee.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="mso-margin-top-alt: auto; margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: -18.0pt; line-height: 18.0pt; background: white;"><span style="font-size: 13.5pt; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style','serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-bidi-font-family: 'Times New Roman';">2.</span><span style="font-size: 7.0pt; font-family: 'Times New Roman','serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman';"> </span><span style="font-size: 13.5pt; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style','serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-bidi-font-family: 'Times New Roman';">The brick kiln will obtain Environmental Clearance under EIA notification for mining of brick clay to be used as a raw material for the manufacturing of bricks as per Head Office order no. 346 dated 1/8/2016.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="mso-margin-top-alt: auto; margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: -18.0pt; line-height: 18.0pt; background: white;"><span style="font-size: 13.5pt; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style','serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-bidi-font-family: 'Times New Roman';">3.</span><span style="font-size: 7.0pt; font-family: 'Times New Roman','serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman';"> </span><span style="font-size: 13.5pt; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style','serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-bidi-font-family: 'Times New Roman';">The brick kiln shall get its stack emission analyzed as per policy of the Board.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="mso-margin-top-alt: auto; margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: -18.0pt; line-height: 18.0pt; background: white;"><span style="font-size: 13.5pt; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style','serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-bidi-font-family: 'Times New Roman';">4.</span><span style="font-size: 7.0pt; font-family: 'Times New Roman','serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman';"> </span><span style="font-size: 13.5pt; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style','serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-bidi-font-family: 'Times New Roman';">The consent is subject to the orders passed by the Hon’ble High Court for the state of Punjab & Haryana/Hon’ble National Green Tribunal or other judiciary authority in the cases pending or being filed with regard to the subject matter of the office order.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="mso-margin-top-alt: auto; margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: -18.0pt; line-height: 18.0pt; background: white;"><span style="font-size: 13.5pt; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style','serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-bidi-font-family: 'Times New Roman';">5.</span><span style="font-size: 7.0pt; font-family: 'Times New Roman','serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman';"> </span><span style="font-size: 13.5pt; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style','serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-bidi-font-family: 'Times New Roman';">The consent is subject to the performance evaluation of new technology adopted by the brick kiln.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="mso-margin-top-alt: auto; margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: -18.0pt; line-height: 18.0pt; background: white;"><span style="font-size: 13.5pt; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style','serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-bidi-font-family: 'Times New Roman';">6.</span><span style="font-size: 7.0pt; font-family: 'Times New Roman','serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman';"> </span><span style="font-size: 13.5pt; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style','serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-bidi-font-family: 'Times New Roman';">The brick kiln will plant adequate trees around the boundary of the Brick Kiln.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="mso-margin-top-alt: auto; margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: -18.0pt; line-height: 18.0pt; background: white;"><span style="font-size: 13.5pt; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style','serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-bidi-font-family: 'Times New Roman';">7.</span><span style="font-size: 7.0pt; font-family: 'Times New Roman','serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman';"> </span><span style="font-size: 13.5pt; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style','serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-bidi-font-family: 'Times New Roman';">The Brick Kiln shall use atleast 20% Paddy Straw Pellets as fuel with coal as per Board’s notifications no. 10/574/2022-STE1/443 dated 04/11/2022.</span></p>
