CTOA/Renewal/RPN/2021/16666625 dated 08/09/2021 having validity upto 30/09/2023 for Crushing and washing of stone aggregates Material @ 9500 CFT/day. </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: 70.9pt; line-height: 150%;"><span style="font-size: 10.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style','serif';">Now, the industry has applied for obtaining renewal of consent to operate under the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 and Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 with requisite documents and consent fee. </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: 70.9pt; line-height: 150%;"><span style="font-size: 10.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style','serif';">The industry has submitted CA certificate wherein the value of fixed assets of the industry as on 25.09.2023 is of Rs. 60.55 lakhs. </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: 70.9pt; line-height: 150%;"><span style="font-size: 10.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style','serif';">As per record file the fee deposited by the industry is adequate upto 30.06.2025. Now, the industry has deposited consent to operate fee Rs. 18000/- vide R. No. 390418738 dated 26.09.2023 and Rs. 18000/- vide R. no. 910662632 under the Air Act 1981. As such the fee deposited by the industry is adequate upto 30.06.2029.</span></p>
