CTOW/Fresh/NWS/2019/8961822 dated 14/02/2019 and under Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 vide no CTOA/Fresh/NWS/2019/8961807 dated 15/02/2019, both were valid upto 30/09/2023 for manufacturing of Filler, Veneer, & Ply @ 25000 Kgs/day subject to the conditions mentioned therein </span><span style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style','serif'; mso-ansi-language: EN-US;">in the name of Sh. </span><span lang="EN-IN" style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style','serif';">Bhupinder Kumar, (Partner).</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; line-height: 150%;"><span lang="EN-IN" style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style','serif';"><span style="mso-tab-count: 2;"> </span>Now, Kulwant Singh Pama/Partner of the industry has applied for obtaining renewal of 'Consent to Operate' under the Water Act, 1974 and the Air Act, 1981 </span><span style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style','serif'; mso-ansi-language: EN-US;">for transferring the consent to operate in his name alongwith the requisite documents, and consent fee</span><span lang="EN-IN" style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style','serif';">. </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: 70.9pt; line-height: 150%;"><span lang="EN-IN" style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style','serif';">The industry has submitted the CA certificate dated 31.03.2023, wherein, the value of fixed assets of the industry is of Rs. 16.65 lakhs, partnership deed dated 16.09.20222, </span><span lang="EN-IN" style="font-size: 10.5pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style','serif'; mso-bidi-font-family: Tahoma;">Divisional Forest Office License No. 193 dated 11.12.2017 having validity upto 10.12.2027</span><span lang="EN-IN" style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style','serif';"> and compliance report of previous consents granted to the unit.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; line-height: 150%;"><span lang="EN-IN" style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style','serif';"><span style="mso-tab-count: 2;"> </span>The industry has deposited consent to operate fee Rs.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>9000/- vide R. no. 109359373 dated 16.09.2023 under the Water Act, 1974 and Rs. 9000/- vide R. no. 624940250 dated 16.09.2023 under the Air Act, 1981. As such the fee deposited by the industry is adequate upto 30.09.2028.<span style="mso-tab-count: 1;"> </span></span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; line-height: 150%;"><span lang="EN-IN" style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style','serif';"><span style="mso-tab-count: 2;"> </span>Further, PPCB has issued office order no. 443 dated 09.08.2021 with subject Auto 'Acknowledgement-cum-Renewal Certificate' for regulatory clearances has mentioned that in suppression of Board's office order no. SEE(HQ)/F. No. 957/2016/59 dated 02.02.2016 and to provide ease of doing business to the entrepreneurs, the Board in its 185th meeting held on 07.01.2021 has decided to extend the facility for auto generated renewal to all categories of small scale industries/ projects, without inspection/ physical verification of the environmental parameters at the time of submission of such application(s) subject to the certain stipulations.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; line-height: 150%;"><span lang="EN-IN" style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style','serif';"><span style="mso-tab-count: 2;"> </span>In view of above, if approved, it is recommended that Consent to Operate under the provisions of the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 may be renewed to the industry upto 30.09.2028 subject to the suitable conditions.</span></p> |
