| Clarification Note: |
Application of the industry has been scrutinized and found that:-
1. The industry has not submitted registration certificate i.e. SSI/Medium scale as the industry is falls in Medium scale as per value of Plant & machinery mentioned in the CA certificate 5.0 crore.
2. The industry has enhanced its value of fixed assets but NOC regularization fee not submitted.
3. The industry has consumed fresh water in its process as per application form and trade effluent generated 15 Kl which is not genuine.
4. The industry has neither submitted effluent analysis report of its trade effluent generated from the industrial process nor submitted air emission of Boiler.
It is therefore requested to clarify within 02 days as the application may be considered within stipulated period.
