Application of the industry has been scrutinized and found that the industry has not submitted compliance of special conditions no. 7 of Air consent earlier granted, compliance report of EC conditions and the industry has not submitted permission from the Punjab Water Regulation and Development Authority in compliance of consent condition no. 1 of water consent earlier granted .It is therefore requested to clarify within 02 days as the application may be considered within stipulated period. |
