Application of the industry has been scrutinized and found that the industry has not submitted latest air emission analysis report, detailed compliance report of EC conditions and the industry has submitted list of machinery installed after previous consent to operate obtained but it has not submitted that after installation of the machinery, what kind of pollution load enhanced and what step has been taken to control the same. It is therefore requested to clarify within 02 days as the application may be considered within stipulated period. |
