<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: 72.0pt;">It is intimated that the industry is a small scale orange category unit. The industry has applied for obtaining fresh consent to operate under Water (Prevention & control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 for Denting & Painting of Four Wheeler Vehicles @ 20 Nos/day.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: 72.0pt;">The industry has submitted CA certificate of gross value of fixed assets is Rs. 27.55 lacs as on 31.03.2023. The industry has deposited Rs. 20,800/- vide UTR/Reference No. N243232618923646 dated 31.08.2023 under Water Act, 1974 and Rs. 20,800/- vide UTR/Reference No. N236232609136370 dated 24.08.2023 under Air Act, 1981, which are adequate upto <span style="color: black; mso-themecolor: text1;">30.06.2028. </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: 72.0pt;">The industry has submitted the lease deed made on 09.03.2022 between M/s Impact Boards Pvt. Ltd., through its director Sh. Balbir Singh Channi S/o Late. Sh. Dalwara Singh and M/s WSL Automobiles Pvt. Ltd. through its director Sh. Rakesh Gupta S/o Sh. Ramesh Kumar Gupta.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: 72.0pt;">The industry has submitted the approved site plan prepared by Er. Ajaypal Singh Rehal, Competent Person from Director of Factories, Punjab.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: 72.0pt;">The industry has submitted the feasibility report and as per feasibility report the fresh water requirement for domestic purpose is 0.5 KL/day and generation is 0.4 KL/day. The domestic waste water is discharge into sewer line.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: 72.0pt;">As per feasibility report the Paint booth & Oven has been provided for controlling paint emission generating during paint process on vehicles. In paint booth filters paper has been provided to control paint residue. These used paper filers replaced with new one whenever required with adequate stack height along with ID fan. The Paint booth & Oven will have stack of adequate height i.e. 10 ft above roof level. There will be a paint oven for drying of paint and have stack of adequate height.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: 72.0pt;">Accordingly, the site was visited by AEE (Er. Taniya) of this office on 29.09.2023 and it was observed as under:-</p>

<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="margin-left: 31.5pt; mso-add-space: auto; text-align: justify; text-indent: -17.25pt; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri; mso-bidi-theme-font: minor-latin;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">2.<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]-->The unit has provided one no. paint room with paint filters as APCD followed by stack of adequate height.</p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="margin-left: 31.5pt; mso-add-space: auto; text-align: justify; text-indent: -17.25pt; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri; mso-bidi-theme-font: minor-latin;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">3.<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]-->The unit will not generate any trade effluent as no washing will be carried out and domestic effluent will be discharged into sewer.</p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="margin-left: 31.5pt; mso-add-space: auto; text-align: justify; text-indent: -17.25pt; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri; mso-bidi-theme-font: minor-latin;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">4.<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]-->The industry has installed DG set of 63 KVA with canopy and adequate stack height.</p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpLast" style="margin-left: 31.5pt; mso-add-space: auto; text-align: justify;"><span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>The site is developed in approved industrial area and is suitable for such type of units.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: 72.0pt;">In view of above, it is recommended that the consent to operate under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 may be granted upto 30.06.2023 subject to special conditions as under:</p>
