<p style="text-align: justify;">In view of the above mentioned facts and recommendations given by Regional Office, if approved, consent to operate under the provisions of the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 may be granted upto 31.12.2025 for manufacturing Oxygen and Liquid Medical Oxygen @ 142 T/day, Liquid Nitrogen @ 30 T/day and Liquid Argon @ 6 T/day with suitable conditions, conditions proposed by Regional Office and additional condition that the Regional Office shall collect the sample of the boiler blow down and get the analysed from Board’s lab within 15 days and send the report/ recommendations accordingly, please.</p>
