<p style="text-align: justify;">After perusal from RO report, it was observed that :</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">1. The PP has not submitted BG of Rs. 2.0 Lacs,till date as ealier decided during hearing.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">2. The PP has not provided Water meter/EMF on source of supply of water. </p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">3.. The PP has submitted certificate from DTP, Ludhiana vide no. 2319 DTP(L) M2A dated 11-09-2023, as per which, site of the marriage palace partially falls in Mix Land Zone and partially in residential zone.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">4. The PP has not yet obtained CLU in compliance of the latest consent conditions.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">5. As per certificate as on 31.03.2023, investment of the project is 11.14 Cr. i.e. more than 10 Cr. the PP now fall under medium categaory. RO has not commented upon the category .the units falls under orange category medium scale ,please.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">As such, the PP is not complying under Both Acts.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">In view of the above, if approved,SCN may be issued to the marriage palace with PH before CEE under Both acts ,please.</p> |
