<p style="text-align: justify;">It is submitted that the monitoring of the APCD have not been carried out and the industry has also not submitted analysis results of the same. However, during the visit the working of the APCD was checked and the same was working satisfactory.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">As such, a special condition has been imposed regarding submittion of analysis results within one month.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">In view of above, it is recommended that the consent to operate under the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 may be granted to the industry upto 30.09.2027 subject to the suitable condition and special condition that: -</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">a. The industry shall submit air emission sample report from Boards lab within one month.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">b. The industry shall not start any new process within its unit which may change its category from Orange to Red, without the prior written permission of the Board.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">c. The industry shall not install any furnace/ boiler/ DG set any other source of air pollution without providing necessary air pollution control arrangements and without the prior written permission of the Board.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">d. The industry shall ensure the compliance of provisions of the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974, Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981, Environment (Protection) Act, 1986 and/or any other environmental law applicable to him and Rules, Circulars & Directions issued by the Board from time to time.</p>
