The application of the industry has scrutinized and it is observed as under:-
1. The industry was previously granted consent to operate under the Water Act, 1974 w.r.t. to C.A as on 20.06.2018 to the tune of gross of fixed assets of the Rs. 241.93 Lacs and plant & machinery of Rs. 52.70 Lacs. Now as per the current C.A certificate the gross of fixed assets is Rs. 281.17 Lacs and plant & machinery of Rs. 59.82 Lacs as on 23.09.2023. Kindly clarify.
2. The industry is required to submit details of increased assets and pollution load increased viz a viz measure taken to control.
