<p style="text-align: justify;">it is submitted the industry was visited by Senior Environmental Engineer, Zonal Office-2, Ludhiana along with Environmental Engineer, Zonal Office-2, Ludhiana on 29.09.2023 and found that the industry was already transferred its dyeing effluent in its collection tank and currently sludge is packed in HDPE bags and stored in HW Room. There is no pit tanks found in adjoining plot. As such, there is no violation and same was already verified by Regional Office on 22.06.2023 and 14.09.2023.</p>
