CTOW/Varied/NWS/2019/8997631 dated 28/02/2019 and under Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 vide no CTOA/Renewal/NSW I/2021/14563258 dated 24/03/2021, both were valid upto 30/09/2023 for manufacturing of </span><a href="mailto:Plywood@792.78Sq.m/day"><span style="font-size: 10.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style','serif';">Plywood @ 792.78 Sq.m/day</span></a><span style="font-size: 10.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style','serif';"> subject to the conditions mentioned therein. </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; line-height: 150%;"><span style="font-size: 10.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style','serif';"><span style="mso-tab-count: 2;"> </span>Now, the industry has applied for obtaining renewal of 'Consent to Operate' under the Water Act, 1974 and the Air Act, 1981 </span><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 10.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style','serif'; mso-ansi-language: EN-US;">alongwith the requisite documents, and consent fee</span><span style="font-size: 10.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style','serif';">. </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: 70.9pt; line-height: 150%;"><span style="font-size: 10.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style','serif';">The industry has submitted the CA certificate dated 22.09.2023 wherein, the value of fixed assets of the industry is of Rs. 131.56 lakhs, license granted by Forests Department in Form-II dated 05.06.2014 having validity upto 05.06.2024 and compliance report of previous consents granted to the unit.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; line-height: 150%;"><span style="font-size: 10.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style','serif';"><span style="mso-tab-count: 2;"> </span>The industry has deposited consent to operate fee Rs. 54000/- vide R. no. 290639850 dated 24.09.2023 under the Water Act, 1974 and Rs. 54000/- vide R. no. 692492987dated 16.09.2023 under the Air Act, 1981. As such the fee deposited by the industry is adequate upto 31.12.2029.<span style="mso-tab-count: 1;"> </span></span></p>

SEE(HQ)/F. No. 957/2016/59 dated 02.02.2016 and to provide ease of doing business to the entrepreneurs, the Board in its 185th meeting held on 07.01.2021 has decided to extend the facility for auto generated renewal to all categories of small scale industries/ projects, without inspection/ physical verification of the environmental parameters at the time of submission of such application(s) subject to the certain stipulations.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; line-height: 150%;"><span style="font-size: 10.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style','serif';"><span style="mso-tab-count: 2;"> </span>In view of above, if approved, it is recommended that Consent to Operate under the provisions of the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 may be renewed to the industry upto 30.09.2028 subject to the suitable conditions.</span></p> |
