The competency to decide the case lies with Hon'ble Chairman and date of deemed approval is 6.10.2023 as reported by RO. Thus, the case has been processed during last days of deemed approval.</span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">In view of the report of AEE and recommendations of EE,RO,SAS Nagar, if approved, </p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="background-color: #ffffff; color: #5d5d5d; font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; text-align: justify;">1. Consent to Operate under Water Act, 1974 may be granted to the industry upto 30.09.2027 subject to suitable conditions.</span></p>
<p style="color: #5d5d5d; font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; text-align: justify; background-color: #ffffff;">2. Directions u/s 33-A of the water Act, 1974 for permanent restoration of electric connection of the unit may be issued to the PSPCL authorities, please.</p>

EE,RO,SAS Nagar be adivsed to pursue the cases pending with AEEs on regular basis and get the same processed from AEEs well within the allocated time period, please. </p>
