The project proponent has deposited fee of Rs. 17900/- vide Receipt No. 277703284 dated 16/09/2023 (Rs. 14500/- under the Water Act, 1974 & Rs. 2900/- as NOC fee) and Rs. 14500/- vide Receipt No. 452351364 dated 16/09/2023 under Air Act, 1981, which is adequate upto 30.09.2028.</span></p>

Pavit Singh Mattewal, Advocate S/o Sh. Hardev Singh Mattewal and Sh. Maneet Singh S/o Sh. Harbir Singh which is valid upto 30.04.2024.</span></p>

Swarnjeet Singh Competent Person from Director of Factories, Punjab.</span></p>

The components of ETP are Screen Chamber, Oil & Grease Tank, Effluent Collection Tank, Reaction Tank, Primary Clarifier, Activated Carbon filter, Sand filter, Dosing pump sludge bed.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="mso-margin-top-alt: auto; mso-margin-bottom-alt: auto; text-align: justify; text-indent: 1.0in; background: white;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style','serif'; mso-bidi-font-family: Tahoma; mso-bidi-font-weight: bold;">The project proponent has also submitted the completion certificate of ETP capacity 5 KLD at Sector 58, B25 SAS Nagar, Mohali.</span></p>
