CTOW/Fresh/MNS/2020/12694582 & CTOA/Renewal/MNS/2020/12694262 dated 20.07.2020, both are valid upto 30.09.2023 for production of Bricks and Tiles @ 30,000 Nos./Day.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNoSpacing" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: .5in; mso-line-height-alt: 11.5pt; background: white;"><span style="font-size: 13.5pt; font-family: 'Calibri','sans-serif'; mso-ascii-theme-font: minor-latin; mso-hansi-theme-font: minor-latin; mso-bidi-theme-font: minor-latin;"> Now the industry has applied now for obtaining renewal in consent to operate under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention &Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 along with requisite fees and documents without any increase in production capacity.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNoSpacing" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: 1.0in; mso-line-height-alt: 11.5pt; background: white;"><span style="font-size: 13.5pt; font-family: 'Calibri','sans-serif'; mso-ascii-theme-font: minor-latin; mso-hansi-theme-font: minor-latin; mso-bidi-theme-font: minor-latin;">The has also submitted compliance of previous consent condition, Copy of registered lease deed dt. 17.08.2023, which is valid upto 30.10.2029 and CA Certificate mentioning cost of fixed assets of Rs. 130.47 lacs as on 27.09.2023. Further, the kiln has submitted bills for increased moveable assets.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNoSpacing" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: 1.0in; mso-line-height-alt: 11.5pt; background: white;"><span style="font-size: 13.5pt; font-family: 'Calibri','sans-serif'; mso-ascii-theme-font: minor-latin; mso-hansi-theme-font: minor-latin; mso-bidi-theme-font: minor-latin;">The kiln has deposited Rs. 21600/- vide R.No. 226606155 dt. 08.09.2023 <span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>and Rs. 28800/- Vide R. no. 605705332 dated 04.10.2023 under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Rs. 21600/- vide R.No. 80593075 dt. 08.09.2023 <span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>and Rs. 28800/- Vide R. no. 829689938 dated 04.10.2023 under Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981, which is adequate upto 30.09.2029. </span></p>
<p class="MsoNoSpacing" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: 1.0in; mso-line-height-alt: 11.5pt; background: white;"><span style="font-size: 13.5pt; font-family: 'Calibri','sans-serif'; mso-ascii-theme-font: minor-latin; mso-hansi-theme-font: minor-latin; mso-bidi-theme-font: minor-latin;">Further, the industry has deposited Rs. 5600/- Vide R. no. 232815161891 dated 08.10.2023 as NOC regularization fee and Rs. 840/- under each act vide R.no. 829689938 & 605705332 dated 04.10.2023 as Penalty (10%).</span></p>
<p class="MsoNoSpacing" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: 1.0in; mso-line-height-alt: 11.5pt; background: white;"><span style="font-size: 13.5pt; font-family: 'Calibri','sans-serif'; mso-ascii-theme-font: minor-latin; mso-hansi-theme-font: minor-latin; mso-bidi-theme-font: minor-latin;">As per circular no. CEE (HQ)/F.No./957/2016/59 dated 02/02/2016, the case for renewal of NOC/Consent to operate for Orange & Green category industries is to be processed based on self-certification submitted by the industry to the effect that it is complying with the provisions of the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 & the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981, as such, the brick kiln covers under orange category.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNoSpacing" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: 1.0in; mso-line-height-alt: 11.5pt; background: white;"><span style="font-size: 13.5pt; font-family: 'Calibri','sans-serif'; mso-ascii-theme-font: minor-latin; mso-hansi-theme-font: minor-latin; mso-bidi-theme-font: minor-latin;">In view of above, may if approved consent to operate under Water Act, and Air Act, 1981 may be renewed upto 30.09.2029 for production of Bricks and Tiles @ 30,000 Nos./Day, subject to the suitable conditions and following special conditions:</span></p>
