CTOA/Renewal/LDH3/2019/10819524 dt. 16.09.2019, both were valid for a period upto 30.09.2023 with general and special conditions as mentioned therein.</span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; line-height: normal; margin: 0cm 18.0pt 0cm 0cm;"><em><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 12.0pt; mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri; mso-bidi-theme-font: minor-latin; mso-ansi-language: EN-US;">The Punjab Pollution Control Board’s vide order no. 329 dated 14.09.2023 has decided that for auto generation of renewal of consent to establish/operate/authorization of any category of Small-Scale industries/projects/Health Care Facilities (upto 50 beds) and Hazardous Waste generating industries, the application will be processed on the basis of self-declaration submitted by the industry without any inspection/physical verification by the officer of RO and after considering all the stipulations mentioned in the notification.</span></em></p>

The marriage palace has installed 2 no D.G. sets of capacity 125 KVA (each) equipped with canopies. The marriage palace has made an agreement with the piggery farm (Sh. Kulwant Singh S/o Sadhu Singh) for the disposal of solid wastes submitted alongwith the application as reported by the Regional Office.</span></p>
