The PP is required to clarify the following:
1. The CLU and Registry is in the name of Shalimar Developers and nowhere mention of Heavenz City is mentioned.
2. The CLU is for 108 Kanal 16 marle and the land details given is for 28 kanal . Kindly clearly specify the Khasra no. in which colony has to be set up.
2. The PP has not mentioned built up area and mentioned within MC limits in the application form.
3. The total plantation area has not been mentioned in the application form.
