<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: -21.75pt; background: white; margin: 0cm 0cm .0001pt 35.45pt;"><span style="font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman';">1. The industry shall get the spent effluent lifted to CETP operator regularly.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: -21.75pt; background: white; margin: 0cm 0cm .0001pt 35.45pt;"><span style="font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman';">2. The industry shall maintain the record of water consumption in the process and trade effluent got lifted and shall submit to the Board month wise from March, 2023.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: -21.75pt; background: white; margin: 0cm 0cm .0001pt 35.45pt;"><span style="font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman';">3. The industry shall submit requisite documents including the copy of rent deed for verification of DTP letters, within two days.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: -21.75pt; background: white; margin: 0cm 0cm .0001pt 35.45pt;"><span style="font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman';">4. Environmental Engineer Regional Office will visit the industry to verify the submission of the industry and submit recommendations in the matter.</span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: 35.45pt; background: white;"><span style="font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman';">In compliance to hearing decisions, the industry was visited by Regional office on 28.09.2023 & 29.09.2023 and it was reported as under:-</span></p>

No sand/water barreling is installed by the industry. The effluent generated from zinc barreling section is stored in a storage tank and is lifted by the CETP Operator</span><span style="font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman';">.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: 36.0pt; line-height: normal; background: white;"><span style="font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif';">Deposited consent fee is adequate upto 30.06.2028.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify; background: white;"><span style="font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman';"> In view of report of RO, it is recommended that consent to operate under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 may be granted to the industry upto 30.06.2028 with special condition that the industry shall lift effluent generated from barreling section to CETP Operator, please.</span></p>
