<p><span style="color: #5d5d5d; font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; text-align: justify; background-color: #ffffff;">The industry was asked to clarify the following:</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #5d5d5d; font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; text-align: justify; background-color: #ffffff;">1. The industry is required to submit building plan prepared and duly authenticated by the Director of Factories/ Chartered Architect/ Chartered Engineer under the provisions of section 3-A of Punjab Factory Rules, 1952 in compliance to NOC conditions .</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #5d5d5d; font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; text-align: justify; background-color: #ffffff;">2. The industry is required to submit completion/adequacy certificate of the APCD installed in the unit compliance to the NOC condition that the industry shall install APCD as proposed in the technical report submitted by the industry along with the application.</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #5d5d5d; font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; text-align: justify; background-color: #ffffff;">The industry was requested to clarify the above within 2 days but has failed to do the same till date . Therefore , if approved the application may be returned . </span></p> |
