In view of the facts mentioned may if approved, the industry may be granted ‘consent to operate’ under the Air Act, 1981 i.e. upto 30/09/2026 (upto fee adequacy) for manufacturing of Bread @ 60 MTD, Buns @ 4.0 MTD, Rusk @ 7.0 MTD, Cakes & Cookies @ 5.2 MTD and PAV @ 2.0 MTD for discharge of trade effluent @ 15 KLD (onto land for plantation) and domestic effluent @ 10 KLD (onto land for plantation) subject to suitable conditions including conditions as proposed by RO please.</p>
