The bill produced by the industry shows that they have operated it and around consumption of 100-200 units which is enough to run the industry. Further the Board has not issued any directions or industry has neither intimated previously. To avoid any financial loss to the Board, the case maybe returned to the industry and reapply after submitting penalty fees and previous fees already calculated in the clarification. </span></p> |
