CTE/Fresh/SAS/2023/23473158 dated 13.10.2023 having validity of 09.09.2024 with special conditions that the industry will develop its industrial/production shed in khasra no. 420, 421, 424 & 425 and shall not carry out any industrial/production activity in the khasra no. 423.</span></p>

<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="margin-left: 22.5pt; mso-add-space: auto; text-align: justify; text-indent: 45.0pt; line-height: 150%;"><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma',sans-serif;">The industry is complying with the CTE/NOC granted to it. However, the industry is yet to registered under EPR as per Plastic Waste Management Rules, 2016 and it is suggested that short time consents may be issued to the industry for registered on the CPCB portal as valid CTO of the Board is pre-requisite for registration.</span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="margin-left: 22.5pt; mso-add-space: auto; text-align: justify; text-indent: 45.0pt; line-height: 150%;"><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma',sans-serif;">In view of above, it is recommended that the consent to operate under the provisions of the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 may be granted for one year subject to suitable condition and special condition that: -</span></p>
