<p style="color: #5d5d5d; font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; text-align: justify; background-color: #ffffff;">Submitted as per above and earlier recommendations given by AEE, it is recommended that consent to establish (NOC) from pollution angle under the provisions of the Water Act, 1974 and Air Act, 1981 may be granted for one year subject to suitable conditions and special condition as proposed by AEE in his note above please..</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">A copy of the NOC may be forwarded to Chief Administrator, GMADA and District Town Planner, SAS Nagar to file objections regarding development in Khasra no. 2979, 2980 HB no. 280, Banur for the said project, if any, within 15 days. In case no reply is received from the aforesaid Authority within 15 days, then, it would be presumed that the proposed site is suitable for the project from the point of view of above referred Competent Authority.</p>
